i strongly believe dat police should not qustion minors espectially at the age of 8 years old..up above is a link of a video and report on police questioning asa 8 year old for killing his father wit a gun two times!!!

I agree. Questioning someone that young is a bit rediculous. However, there are certain circumstances.
i kno dats why i thouight that this topic would be the best one to pick.....
I don't think that it is right for the police to question a 8 year old. i think he should at least have a lawyer present if they are going to question him.
