a 8 year was questioned for murdering his mother which police thought it would be good just to hold him in cusdity and ask him anything they want to get it out of the minor to know why and how did the 8 year old kill their mother
to me point blank in this particular situation a lawyer should be present because a minor that si 8 years old is capable of lying and switching up their story to please the police out of being scared!!!
