in this article its about a police trying to question a young 15 year old minor but the minor spoke up asking and telling the police that he wouldn't answer question without a parent or lawyer and it was when the minor was walking home and police stopped him and tried to question him about a fight that happened in school which the police over stepped his boundaries by saying a smart remark like..."we are going to start arresting the kids involved in fighting" and "guilty by association".....

Victoria--I am interested in what your topic is. I think you picked something really important and certainly very controversial, but I would like to see summaries of these articles too.
Also, where do you stand on this issue? Do you think the police do racial profiling? is there any proof one way or another?
i think iut is wrong to question minors so asically i against police questionuing minors without some kind of guardian or parent or even a lawyer to be present because police seem to over step their boundaries by asking minor questions that shouldn't be asked!!
wow!!! i think that it is wrong to question minors too!! What are the officers getting out of it besides minors probaly urinating in their clothes becuase they are afraid.
I think that i will have to agree with you victoria if a cop is goin to question a minor they should have permission for a parent.
